Sell it from one link.
Stop delivering it by hand.
You made the thing. The hard part now is everything after somebody says yes: collecting the money, checking it arrived, finding the file, sending the file, and doing it again at eleven at night. Here is what that looks like when it runs itself.
₹0 to start · no card · pay only when you sell
Why most digital sales die at checkout
Someone watches your reel, messages “price?”, and the sale collapses into a screenshot of a QR code, a “payment done, check” message, and you squinting at a bank app to see whether the money actually landed. Then you go find the file and forward it.
The other way it dies is quieter. Your checkout only offers a card, and the buyer who was ready to pay with the app already open on their phone simply closes the tab. You never find out that one happened.
The fix is not clever. Take payment the way your buyer already pays, and deliver without a human in the loop.
Your product page does the selling
Every product gets a real page: cover image, description, price with the original struck through if you are discounting, and a button that takes payment on the spot. It is built for a phone first, because that is where the link gets opened.

Checkout in seconds, on the rails your buyer already uses
Checkout runs on Razorpay. The buyer picks UPI and pays from GPay, PhonePe or whatever they already have open, or uses a card, or splits a bigger purchase over EMI. You ask for a name, an email and a WhatsApp number, and nothing else, because every extra field is somebody leaving.

Setting the price and attaching the file
Upload the file, set a price, optionally set a higher original price so the discount shows, and publish. If you would rather build an audience before you sell to them, price it at zero and it becomes a lead magnet that still collects the buyer’s details.

Delivery happens without you
Payment clears and the download goes out immediately. On Pro and Pro+ it lands on the buyer’s WhatsApp, which is the one app they definitely check. On the free plan it goes by email. Either way it leaves before you have even noticed the sale.
Every buyer also gets an account. So when someone comes back in October having lost the link from August, the answer is “log in” rather than you searching your own drive.
Every sale in one list, with what happened to it
Orders show the buyer, the product, the amount and whether delivery went out, grouped by day with the day’s total. When somebody messages saying they paid and got nothing, you can check instead of apologising blindly.

Your money reaches your bank in T+2 days. There is no monthly cycle to wait out and nobody to chase.

Frequently asked questions
How do my buyers pay?
By card, or by UPI from GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app, or by EMI on larger amounts. Checkout runs on Razorpay, and prices, receipts and payouts are all in rupees.
How does the buyer actually get the file?
Automatically, the moment payment clears. On Pro and Pro+ the download link lands on their WhatsApp; on the free plan it goes by email. Either way they also get a buyer account, so when they lose the message six weeks later they log in and download it themselves instead of messaging you.
What can I sell on Creatly?
PDFs, ebooks, notes, templates, presets, ZIP bundles, video files, full courses with modules and progress tracking, 1:1 call bookings, webinar seats, and paid community memberships on Telegram or Discord. Unlimited products on every plan, including free.
Do I need a website first?
No. Your storefront is the website. It lives at creatly.me/yourname, works on a phone, carries every product you sell, and takes payment on the same page. Put it in your Instagram bio and you are open for business.
How much does it cost to start selling?
Nothing. The free plan is ₹0 forever and takes a 6% fee only when a sale actually happens, so a month with no sales costs you nothing at all. Pro at ₹499 a month cuts the fee to 2% and adds WhatsApp delivery. Pro+ at ₹999 a month takes it to 0% on your first ₹1,00,000 of sales each month, then 0.5%.
When do I get my money?
Payouts land in your bank account in T+2 days. No monthly cycle to wait out, and nobody to chase for money you already earned.
What happens if a buyer says they paid but got nothing?
You can see it rather than guess. Every order shows the buyer, the product, the amount and whether delivery went out, so you can answer that message in about five seconds. And because they have their own account, the usual fix is telling them to log in.
Put one product up this week. Not the big one you keep rewriting, the small one you already finished.
