Content Policy
Last updated 2026-10-30
This policy explains what you can and can't sell or share on Creatly. It is part of our Terms and Conditions (section 5). If you're not sure whether something is allowed, email support@creatly.me before you publish it.
1. What you can sell
Digital products you created yourself, or have the right to sell: ebooks and guides, courses, templates and planners, coaching and 1:1 calls, webinars, communities and memberships.
2. No sexual or adult content
Creatly does not allow sexual or adult content of any kind, even when everyone in it is an adult and has agreed to it. This includes:
- Nudity, pornography, and erotic photos, videos, audio or stories
- Sexual services, escort or companionship services, and adult chat
- “Playboy”, “callboy” or similar job offers
- Selling people's phone numbers, photos or profiles for dating, meetings or “service”
Educational health content, such as a doctor's guide to reproductive health, is fine as long as it is not sexually explicit.
3. Intimate content of real people
Never share intimate, private or sexual images or videos of a real person, whether they are leaked, secretly recorded, morphed, or made with AI (deepfakes). This includes celebrities and public figures. It is a crime in India. We remove it immediately, permanently ban the account, withhold the payouts, and report it to the authorities.
4. Children
Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers children is banned. We remove it immediately, permanently ban the account, and report it to the authorities. You must be at least 18 to sell on Creatly.
5. Other things that aren't allowed
- Anything illegal in India, such as drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods or fake documents
- Content you don't own or don't have the right to sell, or that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
- Scams: misleading offers, fake job offers, fake guarantees, and income promises you can't back up
- MLM, pyramid or chain-marketing schemes
- Hate, harassment, threats or defamation
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or suicide
- Gambling or betting services without proper licenses
- Cryptocurrency or financial securities without regulatory approval
- Malware, hacking tools, or stolen accounts or data
6. What happens if you break this policy
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- Remove your listings or your store
- Withhold, refund or reverse the payouts on the sales involved
- Suspend your account, or ban it permanently
- Report you to law enforcement
For sexual content of real people, anything involving children, or scams, we may permanently ban the account straight away, without a warning. A person whose account has been permanently banned may not open another account.
7. Reporting content
If you see something on Creatly that breaks this policy, email support@creatly.me with the link. We review reports quickly, and we act on valid notices within 36 hours, as required under Indian law.
