No. Razorpay's per-transaction fee is its own, and it comes out of each settlement alongside our platform fee — we don't mark it up or take a share of it.
Sending a buyer their order on WhatsApp is included on Pro and Pro+. Marketing broadcasts are metered, because Meta charges us per message: Pro includes 50 a month and Pro+ includes 100, and beyond that it's ₹1.75 or ₹1.40 a message. On Free you can still broadcast — it's ₹2 a message, pay as you go, no monthly commitment.
