It starts switched on
Your products have a “Launch on Creatly marketplace” switch in the product form. It starts switched on, and the product stays on your store either way.

Pick its category
Choose a category in the same place, or let Creatly pick one from what the product is about. Change it whenever you like.

Switch off any time
Turn the switch off and that product leaves the marketplace. To take all your products off, turn off “Show my products on the Creatly marketplace” on the Marketplace page of your dashboard.

- Do buyers pay more on the marketplace?
- No. Every product opens on your own store, so buyers pay your price at your checkout.
- Is there a fee on marketplace sales?
- Sales the marketplace brings you carry a marketplace fee on top of your plan fee, shown as its own line on each sale. The full rules, including when it starts, are in our Terms.
- Can I take my products off the marketplace?
- Yes, any time. Turn off a product's “Launch on Creatly marketplace” switch in the product form, or turn off “Show my products on the Creatly marketplace” on the Marketplace page of your dashboard to take them all off. Your products stay on your own store either way.
