How we rank
The marketplace puts products in order using a few plain signals. Here is what they are.
Relevance
When you search, products with your words in the title come first, then those with them in the description or the store name. Close spellings only show up when there are few exact matches.
Quality
A product with its own cover picture and a full description ranks higher. So does a good rating from real buyers, which counts once a product has 3 reviews. A creator's reviews of their own product do not count, and hiding a review never moves a product up.
Recent buyers
Products more different people have paid for in the last 30 days rank higher. A creator buying their own product does not count, and one buyer counts once however many times they buy.
Freshness
Newer products get a small lift. Editing a product does not make it new.
Price
Price never changes where a product ranks for relevance. Sort by price when you want it to.
Room for everyone
When results are in order of relevance, each creator's first 3 products are shown before anyone's fourth, so one big catalogue cannot fill a page.
Partners
Partners share more of each marketplace sale with Creatly and may appear higher than other listings of equal relevance. The Featured row on the marketplace home shows Partners' products only.
Your sort
Pick newest, price or rating and the list follows that order instead.
