Google Calendar & Meet integration
Check your availability and generate Google Meet links for bookings.
What it does
When you connect your Google account, Creatly can check when you are free, add a customer's booking to your calendar, and generate a Google Meet link for that booking. Creatly does not read or modify calendar events that it did not create.
How to connect
- Go to Dashboard → Integrations.
- Find Google Calendar and click Connect.
- Sign in with Google and review the requested access on Google's consent screen, then click Allow.
Permissions we request
- Your basic Google profile (name, email, picture) for account identification.
- Your calendar's availability and event details — only to check when you are free, add bookings, and create Google Meet links for those bookings.
Creatly's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train AI models.
Data we access and how it is protected
Your Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (Fernet, AES-128-CBC with HMAC-SHA256) in a database that is itself encrypted at rest and reachable only over a private network, and decrypted in memory only when needed. All traffic uses TLS. See our Privacy Policy.
How to disconnect or remove the app
- From Creatly: Dashboard → Integrations → Google → Disconnect (deletes the stored tokens).
- From Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Creatly's access.
