Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to change my mindset?
You'll notice small shifts in 2 to 3 weeks of daily practice. Lasting change usually takes months. The 30-day plan is a starting point, not a finish line
Where should I start?
Chapter 3 (the STOP technique) and Chapter 4 (the control audit) give the fastest results. Then do the 30-day plan.
How much time does it take daily?
About 10 to 20 minutes: a short morning routine, a few in-the-moment tools, and an evening review.
Is mindset control the same as positive thinking?
No. It means seeing things realistically, questioning unhelpful thoughts, and choosing your response. Forced positivity often backfires.
