The Complete Fitness Blueprint
New to the gym and not sure where to start?
The Complete Fitness Blueprint is a practical, step-by-step guide written for complete beginners, especially in India, who want a clear plan instead of conflicting advice.
Inside you will find:
A 12-week program with exact exercises, sets, reps and rest, in a 3-day full-body version and a 4-day upper/lower version.
22 illustrated exercise cards covering machines, dumbbells and bodyweight options, each with set-up, steps, breathing, common mistakes, safety notes and an alternative if equipment is missing.
Indian nutrition made practical: energy balance, protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, balanced plates, vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods, budget grocery planning and eating out.
Four sample meal days (vegetarian, non-vegetarian, muscle-gain-oriented, fat-loss-oriented) with portions and estimated protein.
Habit and lifestyle tools: sleep, routines, busy-week strategies, getting back on track after missed workouts.
Printable trackers: starting-point worksheet, workout log, weekly meal planner, 30-day habit tracker, weekly review, progress tracker, shopping checklist and a 12-week overview.
Sources: guidance drawn from ACSM, WHO, ICMR-NIN, ISSN and peer-reviewed research, with numbered references.
Who it is for: adults and young adults starting strength training, in India or anywhere, who want a realistic routine that fits study, work, family and budget.
What it does not do: it does not promise a fixed amount of fat loss, muscle gain or a six-pack, and it is not medical advice. It is an educational starting system you can follow, measure and adjust.

Is this book suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. It was written for people who have never trained in a gym. Every key term is explained, and each exercise card shows the starting position, step-by-step instructions, common mistakes and an alternative if equipment is missing.
Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
A gym with machines, a cable station and dumbbells is ideal, but you don’t strictly need one. The book gives home and minimal-equipment swaps for almost every exercise, using dumbbells, resistance bands and a chair or bench.
Does it include vegetarian meal plans?
Yes. The nutrition section uses everyday Indian foods like dal, roti, rice, paneer, curd, eggs, soya and chicken. It includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions of each meal template, plus four sample meal days and budget grocery tips.
Will I lose a set amount of fat or gain a set amount of muscle in 12 weeks?
No, and the book doesn’t promise it. Results vary by person. The 12-week plan gives you a clear, evidence-informed system to follow, track and adjust, but no guaranteed outcome.
What do I get, and is it medical advice?
You get the 98-page eBook with a 12-week program (3-day or 4-day) and illustrated exercise cards. It also includes Indian nutrition guidance, habit tools, and a printable tracker pack with workout logs, a meal planner and a 30-day habit tracker. It is for education only and is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting if you have a health condition. Question 5 says 98 pages for the eBook. If you sell the combined file with the tracker pack, change that to 116 pages. I can also add these FAQs to the book itself or to the launch package.
